People must make sure that when surfing they park in the correct spaces provided so that they don't upset wild life and natural sources in nature.
People must make sure they stay in allocated areas e.g not go near land marks which have eroded unless given instruction.
People must make sure that they put all their rubbish in a bin , if not they may be fined / prosecuted under the act of Countryside Rights Of Way
People when surfing may not enter some regains of the water due to wild life living their.
People are strongly advised to only travel by car if there is no other means of transport
Guidelines and Legislation in SAILING
Sailing guidelines brought out by The Marine Management Organisation which reduces areas that sailing can participate in because of costal problems such as access into unwanted areas. People are not allowed to sail within areas of wild life living because it will disturb there natural habitat.
When participating in sailing people are made to put waste in the bin under the environmental protection act in 1990 which also applies when they are out on the water.
Guidelines and legislation in snowboarding
When snowboarding some guidelines to remember is that any person in front within a snow park has priority over you as they are unable to see you.
When attempting obstacles in the snow park people should be aware of their surroundings. A person hitting a kicker should make sure the pathway is clear incase there is a fallen snowboarder who is in a blind spot.
Any person under the age of 18 is required to wear a helmet under the Ski Safety Act Snow Board 57
People before dusk must be off slopes otherwise they will be under there own risk without safety
Unless under instruction people are strongly urged not to go off piece due to danger and wild life living there , they may be prosecuted otherwise.
Guidelines and legislation in ROCK CLIMBING
People must be carful where they climb and be sure that they are not braking laws for land owners and follow their privileges
People should make sure they clean out trash before leaving the area. Foods and wrappers should be properly disposed. Leave the area cleaner than when it was found.
When climbing it is important to bring the right hooks such as bolts so that they don't damage rocks
When finding new rocks people must try and avoid damaging the environment
When rock climbing it is important to make little noise as it affects the environment which people live in
People should make sure they don't attempt to try rock climbing without provision.
Before trying to climb the route selected people should make sure they have routes where there is no upsetting wild life or surrounding areas e.g when people climb they should make sure they choose routes with proper paths to reduce the land from becoming damaged
GUIDELINES and legislaiton in parachuting
Under the law of the ANO people have to be statute and look out for each other making sure they are not liabilities to each other.
The Plane taking the parachutists will have to go in a direct route to reduce fuel and reduce chances of impact to another plane.
There are no environmental issues for Gliding or parachuting due to the CAA , although people are always trying to persuade for a law
Parachuting is only to take place under professional supervision in non hazardous weathers
Parachutists will make sure they are briefed and confident before they can participate in a jump
The equipment used must be fit and durable to prevent hazards from happening which will decrease a hazard from happening

To be aloud to para glide solo the participant must complete a minimum of 25 flights with an instructor and 8 hours on the ground doing tests and tutorials under the Federal Aviation Administrations.

Gliding is not permitted to be near 500ft of other people on the ground
