Parachuting organisation - ( BPA )
The British Parachuting Association is a national sports body which helps promote parachuting world wide.The BPA was founded in 1961 to organise and govern the advancement of parachuting in the UK
The BPA aime to encourage sky diving within the UK. The association is funded by membership subscriptions and has an annually elected council of 15 full members which controls all aspects of skydiving.
The Equipment used in parachuting are rented out due to the safety for the parachute opening.
This sport is very dangerous because if the parachute doesn't open then the person is likely to get seriously injured or worse.
When parachuting if a person has no experience then they are strapped with a professional to make sure they enjoy themselves safely.
